Do you accept insurance?

Most of the cosmetic and wellness procedures we offer are not considered to be medically necessary and are not covered by insurance plan providers.

What methods of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept cash, Zelle, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Cherry Credit.  All sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is at your discretion. You’re welcome to leave your gratuity in a cash envelope, or we can add it to your ticket at checkout.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. We are by appointment only. However, we will try our best to fit you in if our schedule permits. Please call 928-846-2695 to schedule an appointment, or visit our online booking link

What is the cancellation policy?

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time. All late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee in the amount of $50.00 on the first “No Show” appointment.  On the second “No Show” appointment, you will incur a fee in the amount of the service that you were scheduled to receive.

Please be cognizant of other patients who are scheduled and arrive on time for their appointment.
